During our first four years in business, JCN Associates has grown from the preparation of sketch layouts to become a multi-disciplinary practice specialising in design, planning and project management.  Now we are looking to the future, and to reflect the increasing range of services that we offer, we now trade as JCN Design.

 

We have established a reputation for innovative design that offers great value for money, and to meet the aspirations of our clients we take a flexible approach that is tailored to meet the needs of each project.  Our philosophy is to create schemes of the highest quality that are vibrant, evoke a sense of place, make a positive contribution to their location and, most importantly, are commercially viable.

 

We work with a wide range of clients, from national housebuilders to private individuals, on an equally wide range of projects, from the masterplanning of strategic development to the confirmation of compliance with planning conditions and from the preparation of a sketch layout to Code for Sustainable Homes certification.  Our experience in creating design solutions allows us to offer a service that provides the high quality and rapid response that our clients demand.
